Singing to Preach: Our Evangelistic Campaigns

From Ampefy to Ambohidratrimo, by way of Impact 2025: how we put music at the service of evangelism.

For us, singing is a way of preaching. Here are the campaigns that have marked our journey.

Amparihy Ampefy, 24 to 30 March 2024

From Sunday 24 March to Saturday 30 March 2024, we took part in an evangelistic campaign at Amparihy Ampefy. We thank God for protecting and guiding us during the journey. The conference ended with a praise concert with the group “Hanitr’i Kristy”, under the verse from Isaiah 6:8: “Here am I; send me.”

The Commune of Ambohidratrimo, May 2024

In early May 2024, we thanked God for the end of an evangelistic campaign in our own commune, saying we were open to collaboration in the future.

Impact 2025, 18 to 28 May 2025

During the Impact 2025 conference series, with Pastor Ndlovu Sikhumbuzu, we gave the closing concert. At the end of those days, we thanked God and the pastor, wishing him a safe return to Zimbabwe and a fruitful ministry.

Open-Air Concert and Evangelism, December 2025

On 8 December 2025, we shared images of a major concert and open-air evangelistic event, “Antsan-kira lehibe sy fitoriana Filazantsara” (“Grand Concert and Gospel Preaching”), organised by VVL (VaVahadin’ny Lanitra Ambohidratrimo). Choirs, songs and preaching took place before a crowd seated under parasols.

Why Through Music?

Because song touches places that words alone do not always reach. That is the idea behind our anthem: to be sent out for the work of evangelism, and to draw others toward heaven.
